Renetha Frieson

Owner & Litigating Attorney

Attorney Renetha Frieson, owner of the Frieson Law Office, PLLC, was born and raised in the Delta of Mississippi. She graduated from West Tallahatchie High School as the Salutatorian of her class in 1999 before attending the University of Mississippi where she earned her Bachelor of Arts with high honors. Attorney Frieson went on to earn her Masters of Business Administration in 2005, also with high honors. In 2008, she earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of Mississippi and was admitted to the Mississippi State Bar to practice law in both state and federal courts.

Attorney Frieson has clerked for the United States Attorney Office for the Northern District of Mississippi in Oxford, Mississippi and Federal Express Litigation in Memphis, Tennessee, among several other prestigious and reputable law firms in this State, including the Moore Law Group, PC, known as the Moore Law Office, PLLC during the time in which she clerked. Upon graduation from law school, Attorney Frieson joined the law firm of Campbell DeLong, LLP in Greenville, Mississippi in 2008 where she practiced primarily in the area of civil defense.

In 2011, she opened her own law practice, the Frieson Law Office, PLLC, in Greenville, Mississippi where she practices general civil litigation, representing municipalities and public boards. Attorney Frieson also practices in the areas of estate and probate administration, personal injury, family law, commitment litigation, youth court litigation, and civil rights litigation under Title VII and 42 U.S.C. § 1983.

Attorney Frieson is the proud mother of a thirteen year old son, Jaylin Frieson. During her spare time, she enjoys the performing arts, often volunteering as an actress and singer for Delta Center Stage, a local community theatre in Greenville, Mississippi.
